Croatian Leader Lauds Ustasha Nazis as the «Fourth Reich Lite» Rears Its Ugly Head in Europe

Croatia’s president, the former deputy NATO secretary general for public diplomacy Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, decided to pay homage to Nazis of the Ustasha Nazi puppet regime of Croatia shot by Yugoslav partisans at the end of World War II... Grabar-Kitarovic represents a phalanx of Nazi sympathizers and aspirant nations who serve in senior government positions throughout NATO countries in Eastern Europe, including the three Baltic States, Albania, Hungary, Poland, and Ukraine. NATO headquarters has always been rife with pro-Nazi senior officers on its staff...

Kerry Re-writes History of U.S. Support for Color Revolutions

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry either has a blind spot when it comes to the last 15 years of U.S. foreign policy or he told a big whopping lie in Geneva. Kerry, in defining U.S. action in Ukraine, said that «We [the United States] are not involved in multiple color revolutions». Someone in Kerry’s position should know better...

Obama to Use Détente as Cover for His Plans to Destabilize Cuba

...Paul Craig Roberts, a well-known US economist and politician, expressed the opinion that Obama will turn the US embassy in Havana into an instrument used to implement his hostile intentions. The United States will use the non-government organizations for inciting street protests like it was done in Ukraine. There are a growing number of posts to Twitter saying that, no matter the White House sounds soft on Cuba, the US special services are concentrated on organizing Cuban Maidan demonstrations. The protests could be even more radical... There are around twenty-thirty non-government organizations operating in Cuba. One way or another, they coordinate their activities with the United States Interests Section of the Embassy of Switzerland in Havana...

U.S. Citizens Continue to Infiltrate Eastern European Governments

The recent appointment of the austerity-loving U.S. citizen and investment firm chief Natalie Jaresko as Ukraine’s Finance Minister continues a trend that has seen one Eastern European country after another appointing or electing U.S. citizens as major government officials... The current leader of the Polish parliament (Sejm) is former Foreign and Defense Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, a former U.S. resident and British citizen. Sikorski is married to the neocon columnist Anne Applebaum, a member of the editorial board of The Washington Post... The bow-tied President of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, grew up in New Jersey and attended Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania... Valdas Adamkus served two terms as President of Lithuania. Adamkus was a U.S. citizen and a Ronald Reagan–appointed senior official of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and served as a non-commissioned officer for the U.S. Fifth Army Military Intelligence unit... Other Americans who have embedded in Eastern European governments and political organizations include Ljubica Acevska, who became Macedonia’s first ambassador to the United States; Ukrainian anti-Russian politician Ivan Lozowy; Roman Zvarych, who became Minister of Justice in the Yushchenko government; and Peter Zwack, who became Hungarian ambassador to the United States and chairman of the Hungarian Entrepreneurs’ Party...

Obama and Multiform anti-Cuban Policy

...There is no reason to expect that the «the shift of policy on Cuba» announced by president Obama would lead to curbing the multiform subversive operations against the Island of Freedom... The progress in military cooperation between Russia and Cuba made Washington launch the policy of détente in its relationship with Havana and upgrade the policy of «soft power» to prevent he emergence of Russia’s military bases on the island... The propaganda efforts are on the way to make the Washington’s plans on the change of Cuba’s policy attract great attention. Some media outlets even say that the United States shift on Havana is a victory of Washington’s diplomacy over Russia. Many analysts believe that the Russian factor is a driving force for abrupt change of US policy on Cuba. In recent years Russia has intensified its diplomatic activities in Latin America; it boosts its ties with Venezuela, Brazil, Nicaragua, Argentina, Ecuador and Bolivia...

Weapons and Manpower for a Color Revolution in Venezuela

Reports surface in the Latin American media with alarming regularity about seizures by law-enforcement agencies of large shipments of US-made weapons. Such events are becoming noticeably more frequent in Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Argentina - countries that the Obama administration considers unfriendly. But most often, news of the discovery of arms caches comes from Venezuela...

Cold War CIA Coup Templates Back in Business around the World

The greatest collection of status quo enthusiasts can be found at Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in Langley, Virginia. As nations around the world attempt to distance themselves from Washington’s financial, military, and political grip, the CIA is reaching into its past playbook to deal with wayward governments. After helping to foment a political rebellion in Ukraine against the democratically-elected government of President Viktor Yanukovych, Washington’s propaganda apparatus, which is centered on the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and George Soros’s Open Society Institute (OSI), has focused on Venezuela... What unites CIA destabilization campaigns in Ukraine and Venezuela is the use of local fascists to bolster anti-government forces...

US Assistant Secretary Nuland Visits Ukraine – Some Thoughts to Share (I)

The United States increases its pressure on Ukraine while preparing sanctions against it. It sends a high-level Foggy Bottom official to visit the country only a month after her previous visit. US Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland is going to Kiev on Thursday, February 6... Victoria Nuland is a dry behind the ears career diplomat with experience of holding senior positions in the George W. Bush and Obama administrations. She also has served as a foreign policy adviser to former Republican Vice President Dick Cheney and then as US ambassador to NATO. Mrs. Nuland is married to well-known conservative foreign policy pundit Robert Kagan who pushed for the Iraq war. He has always spoken unfavorably about Russia and wants the administration to get tough on Ukraine. Some people call him a neocon...

Greenbacks for blue buckets: USAID support for instability in Russia

...While the democracy manipulators brag about their successes, they never want to write or talk about their failures, of which there are many. The Blue Bucket, White, Sandal, Lotus, Jasmine, Cedar, Green, and Orange Revolution II capers in Russia, China, Indonesia, Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon, Iran, and Ukraine, respectively, were all miserable failures... As long as Obama, Soros, McFaul and their ilk continue to try to set the clock back to the Cold War, their paid agent provocateurs will continue to suffer failure after failure until their «bag of tricks», blue buckets, white sheets, sandals, topless tramps, and otherwise, are no longer worthy of the public’s attention...

Brazil to End US Spying on its Soil

...President Dilma Rousseff took steps to display her protest against insufficient and scanty explanations she received from the White House concerning the US special services surveillance efforts in Brazil. She cancelled the planned visit to Washington. Speaking at the opening of the 68th United Nations General Assembly’s session, she lashed out against the United States. In unusually strong language, Rousseff launched a blistering attack on U.S. surveillance, calling it an affront to Brazilian sovereignty and totally unacceptable...

Europe Going Through Changes Right in Front of Our Eyes

The Greek crisis provided an impetus to the ongoing centrifugal process inside the European Union. A strong secessionist sentiment is there. National interests happen to be more important than the values of «United Europe»… Looks like Europe is in for a wave of referendums with unpredictable results. Besides Great Britain, Austria and Finland, Euroscepticism is on the rise in many other EU members as well...
