«Charlie Hebdo» and its Anti-Gentile Allies

In the wake of the terrorist attack against the French satirical newspaper «Charlie Hebdo,» it has become apparent that the magazine’s editorial chiefs killed in the attack on its headquarters in Paris and groups such as FEMEN and Pussy Riot are all connected in a campaign to disparage Islam and Christianity. In the aftermath of the terrorist attack, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu used the occasion of the memorial service in Paris attended by a number of world leaders to admonish France’s parliament for having recently recognized the independence of Palestine and urge France’s large Jewish population to emigrate to Israel...

The Curtain Rises on Another Act in the Continual Global War on Terror Play

...Ever since the 1980 time-bombing of the Bologna train station that killed 85 and injured over 200, Western European «false flag» operations have become fairly standardized «boiler plate» operations. This was certainly the case with the three-man professional military assault carried out in a precision manner by the alleged Islamist terrorists on the Paris editorial offices of the satirical journal Charlie Hebdo... Although in 1980 the Italian government and media originally blamed the bombing on leftist radical Italian guerrillas, it was, in fact, carried out by an underground fascist cell that obtained the bomb materials from hidden caches belonging to the secret NATO «stay behind» paramilitary network known as «Gladio»...

On Zionism in France and its Opposing Forces

...Both François Hollande’s party and Nikolas Sarkozy’s party are currently defending the interests of exactly the same ruling circles, the leading members of which are involved in the closed paramasonic club Le Siècle (15 which, in turn, is one of the branches of a transnational network in operation throughout the world. We should not be surprised at the coordination of actions by the ‘right’ and ‘left’ exponents of these interests. Neither should we be surprised at the enthusiastic support that the pro-Zionist French government is giving to the fascist regime in Kiev, which is being financed by Israeli oligarchs...

France is not Kiev!

Social protests are on the rise in France. At the beginning of November a wave of Bonnets Rouges (red caps) meetings hit the region of Brittany in the north-western part of France. Thirty thousand people held a demonstration in Rennes, the capital of the region, to protest unemployment and «ecology tax». There were clashes with police, which used water cannons and tear gas, one of the protesters lost his hand when a gas grenade was tossed. French Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said the violations of law and order were inadmissible. It’s not Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, where everything is allowed! Some say France will have to get out of the crisis with other politicians at the helm. If it will ever get out of it...

France Makes Virtue out of Vice to Exploit Central Africa Chaos

Where Francois Hollande looks weak and beleaguered on the national stage, registering as the most unpopular French president ever, his fortunes seem to rise abroad with a strident interventionist foreign policy. We saw that in September when the French president unseated the British as America’s «special friend» by declaring his country’s readiness to join Washington in a military assault on Syria... This French activist tendency on foreign matters was on display again over the recent P5+1 nuclear negotiations with Iran... France’s old colonial stomping ground in Africa is also providing the Hollande government with a convenient counterfoil to domestic woes...

Famine-Stricken Niger Feeds French Development and Wealth

...Some 80 per cent of France’s national energy supply is derived from nuclear power generated at 59 plants operated by state-owned Electricite de France. About one-third of France’s total annual supply of uranium ore for its power stations is sourced from Niger. The French uranium-mining company, Areva, has mines across Niger, guarded by French Special Forces... As one million people now face starvation in Niger – the poorest country on the planet that otherwise should be one of the richest – oblivious French politicians, reclining in Elysée Palace, will no doubt be toasting their glasses of fine wine over fine food, and arrogantly chortling: «Vive La France!»

Murdered French Journalists in Mali Haunt Hollande’s Military Adventurism

The bodies of two French journalists murdered in Mali were flown back to France this week – signalling a macabre blowback for President Francois Hollande and his interventionist military policy in Africa... Ghislaine DuPont (57) and her 55-year-old colleague Claude Verlon were senior correspondents for national broadcaster Radio France Internationale (RFI). They were kidnapped last Saturday by armed men while on assignment in the northern Malian town of Kidal... The French government denies that it paid a ransom of $26 million to secure the release of the hostages. But there are strong suspicions that the French authorities did indeed facilitate a secret payment for the men’s freedom, along with their employer, the French nuclear energy company, Areva...

France’s War in Mali. Was it Started to Sell the New Rafale Fighter Jet?

Only four days after France began bombing the West African country of Mali on 11 January with state-of-the-art Rafale fighter jets, President Francois Hollande and his foreign minister, Laurent Fabius, made a rather odd-looking trip to the United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf... The urgent nature of the French delegation to Abu Dhabi and Dubai soon transpired. From media reports, top of the French agenda in the oil-rich emirates was a certain matter of business: a deal to sell the sheikhs Rafale fighter jets – the same fighter jets that were spearheading France’s «surprise» full-scale military intervention in Mali... But, as it turns out, the French sales pitch in the Persian Gulf was only a rehearsal for the real fighter-jet bonanza to come. Last week, one month after Operation Serval began in Mali, the French president flew to India...

What the Coming French Presidency Promises

At the moment, there is little doubt that Francois Hollande can count on winning the presidential run off in France.  The questions naturally arising in the context are which, if any, transformations await the French foreign policy under the incoming president and, in particular, how Paris will be shaping its relations with Moscow in the coming five years...

Obama Hustles Modi, Did He Succeed?

...Indeed, the US objective has always been to recruit India in its containment strategy against China... However, the moment Obama and the spin doctors in his entourage took off for home, Indian officials scrambled to do fire-fighting, distancing themselves from their «strategic misinterpretation» of the joint strategic vision statement. According to them, Modi made it clear to Obama that India’s independent foreign policies would not allow any «third power» (read US) to forge a common front against China...
