Abe Government Preparing for the Depopulation of Japan

Informed Japanese sources have told WMR that Japan’s right-wing Liberal Democratic Party government of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is laying plans for the forced depopulation of most of the Japanese archipelago due to the deadly radiation emanating from the crippled Fukushima Daichi nuclear reactors.

The complete depopulation of heavily-contaminated Tohoku and Kanto regions are already underway.

According to Hiroaki Koide, Assistant Professor of Nuclear Engineering at the Kyoto University Research Institute, the radioactive cesium-137 released into the atmosphere by Daiichi nuclear reactor units 1, 2, and 3 was equivalent to as much as 500 times to output of cesium-137 from the atomic bomb dropped by the United States on Hiroshima,

A Japanese government report to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) out the cesium-137 output at only 168 times that of the Hiroshima blast.

With plans to move millions of people out of Japan’s deadly radioactive contaminated zones, including the prefectures of Fukushima, Chiba, Tokyo, Ibaraki, Gunma, Saitama, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, and Miyagi, Iwate, and Aomori, Abe must relocate Japan’s major industrial infrastructure, including its Toyota and Mitsubishi automobile plants, to less dangerous regions of the Russian Far East. For this reason, Abe discussed with Russian President Vladimir Putin the opening of Toyota, Mitsubishi, and other plants in Russia. Abe reportedly decided to downplay the issue of Russia’s return of four Southern Kuril Islands seized by the former USSR at the end of World War II in favor of Russia’s cooperation on the relocation of Japan’s population and industrial capacity.

In fact, based on prevailing radioactive wind and sea currents, the Kuril island chain is no longer of importance to either Russia or Japan because of high radioactive levels that will force an eventual evacuation of the islands’ Russian population.

To pave the way for a Russo-Japanese concordat facilitating the depopulation of much of Japan, the two nations are expected to soon sign a peace treaty. The treaty, on paper, will likely return the so-called «Northern Territories» Kuril Islands of Shikotan, Kunashiri, and Habomai to Japan with Russia retaining the northernmost island of Etorofu.

There is also a re-examination of the presence of U.S. air and intelligence bases in northern Japan by Washington. High radiation levels are reportedly playing havoc with the sensitive electronics and computer circuitry in U.S. Air Force F-16 fighters operating out of the Misawa Airbase in Aomori prefecture, as well as communications intercept systems operated by the U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force on behalf of the National Security Agency (NSA) that eavesdrop on the military and commercial communications of North Korea, Russia, and China.

The Pentagon responded to the situation at Misawa by relocating U.S. military aircraft further south to Singapore and Australia. President Barack Obama’s «Asia pivot» has masked the relocation of military aircraft and ships from Japan to southern locations.

Japanese sources who have investigated the extent of the radioactive threat to the Japanese population have concluded that the only remaining relatively safe areas of the Japanese archipelago will be in the southern part of the island chain, including the city of Osaka.

Japan has no alternative to clear northern Japan of its inhabitants. Water, air, and food are dangerously contaminated with cesium-137 and cesium-134. Salt and fresh water fish are contaminated far beyond safe limits, especially Strontium-90 levels in the bones of fish.  The rice and Kombu, Wakame, and Nori seaweed crop from much of the Tohoku region is also highly contaminated. A high level of radioactive iodine-131 is being registered in milk from the radioactive region.

Ironically, one of the safer cities as compared to the rest of Japan is Nagasaki, the site of one of the two U.S. atomic bomb attacks on Japan in 1945. Japanese authorities expect the bulk of the Japanese population to relocate to the southern islands of Kyushu and Shikoku, as well as southern Honshu.

More well-heeled Japanese are looking to escape to locales further away from the Japanese mainland. Japanese tourists and businessmen are besieged by hyper-active Hong Kong real estate sales people who congregate at the arrivals area of the airport and ferry terminals anxious to sell Japanese residences in the over-built Hong Kong high-rise condominium market.

Around Southeast Asia, Japanese expatriate residential compounds are springing up in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand. Commercial and even road signs in these exile communities are increasingly in Japanese.

The future of East Asia will see a largely uninhabited northern and central Japan. Japanese fishing fleets are planning to disburse to the waters of the East China Sea and South China Sea, which will contribute to tensions between Japan and China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and other nations. There are plans for the Japanese fishing fleet to use new facilities on islands in the Ryukus and Senkaku chains, the latter the subject of a bitter maritime dispute with China.

Anticipating the mass relocation of Japanese in northeast Asia, Chabad Lubavitch Jews from Israel and the United States are moving in to the Jewish Autonomous Republic of Birobidzhan to build up the numbers, as well as economic and political power of the region’s current Jewish population of 4,000. Birobidzhan, a Jewish homeland creation of Joseph Stalin, was largely abandoned by Zionists after the creation of Israel. However, with plans by Japan to help finance a liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline from Russian Far East fields to the port city of Vladivostok, the Chabadniks see the potential for financial gain. Birobidzhan Jews are increasing their contacts with criminal syndicates in North Korea who use North Korean slave labor to cut diamonds and fashion gold ingots and jewelry for export to Birobidzhan, through Russia and China, and to the rest of the world.

There are plans by Chabadniks, many of whom have close relations with Israel’s Mossad, to relocate Diaspora Jews to Birobidzhan to take advantage of the changing of the changing political and economic situation in northeast Asia. These activities are coordinated by Chabad Lubavitch Rabbi Mordechai Sheiner who arrived from Israel in 2002. The Israeli government is directly funding the teaching of Hebrew and Yiddish in Birobidzhan schools and the proliferation of Yiddishkeit Ashkenazi culture in Birobidzhan’s media.

Before World War II, the Diaspora Jews of Harbin in Japanese-controlled Manchuria, where Japan’s Imperial government established the puppet state of Manchukuo under the Manchu royal family, were instrumental in forming the Zionist Betar organization, which ultimately became the Zionist terrorist organization in Palestine, the Irgun Zvai Leumi. Many Zionists escaping Europe and those living in the Jewish area of Kobe, Japan during the war found that Japanese dictator Hideki Tojo was more than willing to allow them to resettle in Harbin and other towns in Manchukuo, where they soon made common cause with the Jews of Birobidzhan. The Jewish areas in Russia and Manchukuo became known as «Little Israels».

With the changing situation in Asia resulting from the Fukushima disaster, Chabad and other Jews are, once again, taking an interest in East Asia. Chabad operatives in India and Southeast Asia have been linked to the illegal drug trade, especially the smuggling and sale of ketamine and Ecstasy, and diamond, gold, and gem smuggling.

Israel, the originator of the Stuxnet computer virus that resulted in the Fukushima reactor meltdown in the first place, appears ready to take full advantage of Japan’s misery and winds of political and economic change in Asia…
