Saint Petersburg to hold G20 Summit of 2013

G20 Summit of 2013 will be in Constantine Palace in Saint Petersburg, Russia, the Head of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kozhin said to RIA Novosti.

Preparations have already started. Organizers are going to make sure that the Summit will be on a decent level and at the same time the city won’t stop living its regular life.

US Senate Panel Endorses Further Involvement in Syria

The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee has overwhelmingly approved the Syrian Transition Support Act that calls on the U.S. to provide arms to «moderate» Syrian opposition groups, underscoring growing sentiment among lawmakers for a change in the U.S. stand on the conflict.
